The manuscript reviewer is selected by the Scientific Editor, who notifies the reviewer via email with a request to prepare a review. The email requesting the review includes an anonymous version of the article (without the authors’ names or other identifying information that could unambiguously identify the authors, e.g., ORCID). The manuscript review is submitted via the OJS system, which guides the reviewer through the comprehensive review structure. The reviewer is required to comment on the manuscript in every section of the review.
